Massthetics will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 30 days from the receipt of the orignal order. Items cannot be returned without all Massthetics tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
